All purchases on 279victoriast.co are final, and we cannot exchange or give you a refund for changing your mind, so please choose carefully.

Replacement of the damaged item

279 Victoria St will replace any purchased items found to be damaged at the time of delivery. However, we will not take responsibility for any damages after the order has been delivered in good condition.

At the time of delivery, if your order is in damaged condition, please contact us via email at ohayo@279victoriast.co within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned in the same condition they were purchased in. All packaging and tags must be returned for the full refund or exchange to be accepted. A replacement for the damaged item will be sent out as soon as possible.
